The settings below work for everyone with an Office 365 or Microsoft 365 plan that has Exchange Online.
SMTP Address smtp.office365.com
SMTP Port 587 (with TLS)
Authentication Required
SSL Protocol Off
TLS Protocol On
SMTP Username <your Office 365 email address> (john@your-host-name.co.uk)
SMTP Password <your Office 365 password>
