1. Click on "Settings"
2. Scroll down to Mail Click on "Mail"
3. Click on "Accounts"
4. Click on "Add Account"
5. Click on "Other"
6. Click on "Add Mail Account"
7. Enter in your name .......
8. Enter in your Email .......
9. Enter in your Password .......
10. Enter in your Description .......
11. Click on "Next" top righthand corner of your screen
12. Make sure have the "IMAP" tab selected at the top of your screen
13. Enter in your "Host Name" e,g. mail.your-host-name.co.uk this is your domain name prefixed with mail. (mail dot)
14. Enter in your "Username" e,g john@your-host-name.co.uk this is your email address.
15. Enter in your "Password" this will have been texted to you
16. OUTGOING MAIL SERVER is optional but recommended
17. Enter in your "Host Name" e.g. mail.your-host-name.co.uk this is your domain name prefixed with mail. (mail dot)
18. Enter in your "Username" e.g john@your-host-name.co.uk this is your email address.
19. Enter in your "Password" this will have been texted to you
20. Click on "Next" top righthand corner of your screen
21. This should then verify if you have entered all the settings correctly.
22. All the settings will get a tick beside them and automatically move to the next screen,
23. Please click on "Save" on the top right hand corner of the screen.
24. click on "< Mail" to go back
25. click on "Settings" to go back
You email is now setup on your iphone.
