How to add email settings to Outlook 2010

1. Add  "Your Name:"

2. Add "E-mail Address:"

3. Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types"

4. Click on "Next"

5. Select "Internet E-mail" then click "Next"

6. Change to "IMAP" from POP3

7. Enter in your domain name in "Incoming mail server:" with no www.

8. Enter in your domain name in "Outgoing mail server (SMTP):" with no www.

9. Enter in "user name;" which is your email address

10. Enter in "Password"

11. Click on "More Settings"

12. Enter in "reply email:" address. Thats your email address.

13. Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab

14. Click the check box "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

15. Click "Log on using"

16. Add "Username:" that's your email address

17. Add "Password"

18. Click on the "Advanced" tab

19. Change the "Incoming Server (IMAP) from 143 to 993 

20. Select "SSL" on Use the following type of encrypted connection

21. Change the "Outgoing Server (SMTP) from 25 to 587

22. Select "TLS" on Use the following type of encrypted connection

23. Click OK

24. Click on "Test Account Settings"

25. Should test ok twice click on "close"

26. Click on "Next"

27. Click "Close"

28. Click on "Finish"
